MORINGA or Miracle tree

MORINGA  is called  the "miracle tree" because of its healthy abundant food production. The leaves are eaten like spinach and are very high in nutrients. Protein levels 9X that of yogurt, Iron levels 25X that of spinach, Potassium levels 15X that of bananas, VIT C levels 12X that of oranges and the list goes on.....any wonder this plant is a "food miracle"

Also called the tree of immortality as Moringa contains anti aging compounds like zeatin. Supposedly these anti aging plant compounds are found in Moringa more than any other plant in existence.

Here is a quote from the internet:

The “Miracle Tree” could be the healing wonder you’ve been searching for.

It’s called Moringa oleifera and it’s a large tree native to North India.

It also goes by a few other names like drumstick tree, horseradish tree or ben oil tree.

And the cool thing about it is that almost ALL parts of the tree are edible.

So they’re often used as ingredients or in traditional herbal medicines.

The reason I’m telling you all this, is because in my opinion...

Moringa is one of the healthiest plants on the planet and up until recently it was almost impossible to get.

And in just a second, I’m going to show you how you can get some for yourself.

But first, let me tell you why you’d want to get your hands on your own supply of Moringa.

Here are just a few of its proven benefits:

Moringa has been shown to lower blood sugar - One study with 30 women showed that taking moringa every day for three months reduced fasting blood sugar levels by 13.5%, on average.

Moringa helps lower cholesterol - several studies have shown that taking moringa has a positive effect on total cholesterol.

Moringa contains anti-aging and anti-cancer properties - A 2017 study published in the Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention found the extract from moringa leaves acts as an as anti-cancer agent that reduces cancer cell growth and promotes cell death in several cancers.

The moringa tree also contains over 40 antioxidants, 90 nutrients and 40 anti-inflammatory agents which helps to prevent damage to skin cells and helps slow the aging process.

And that’s just for starters…Moringa also helps to reduce joint and muscle pain, improves nerve health, aids in digestion and it even improves kidney function.
I’d go as far as to say, Moringa is one of the most versatile plants in existence and something everyone can benefit from.

Very fast grower even in depleted soils but here in the cold Canadian climates we must bring indoors for the winter
