HOW TO ORDER
Online Orders
We ship when the weather warms up in Spring and all snow is gone from our farm fields. We usually start serving pickup customers in first week of May. Most plants/trees are shipped bare root(dormant). Our plants vary from one to five feet or 30 to 150 cm. Your plants will arrive packaged in a box, with the roots wrapped to ensure that they are kept moist in transit. We ship by CANADA POST Express and it can take from 2 to 5 days for your order to arrive depending on your location. Canada Post deliveries operate differently from one postal code to the next so be aware of how your boxed trees are handled in your area
WE DO NOT SHIP ORDERS UNLESS THE SHIPPING CHARGE IS ADDED TO YOUR INVOICE.
Order Processing and cancellation
Place your order online by opening a shopping cart and once payment is received your order is confirmed for shipping or pickup. Pickup orders phone 514 951-9757 in late April or early May to schedule a pickup time. Orders cancelled after payment are given a full credit. We do not give refund payments as we have reserved all the plants on your order and now we must restock/ replant them for another year.
Shipping/Packing Costs in 2026
We ship orders via Canada Post and fees are as follows:
- For orders up to $1000.....................................$85
- For all other orders greater than $1000 the shipping/packing is added on checkout according to your shipping address
- All locations outside of QC or ON has added surcharge of $15
After all items are added to your shopping cart indicate shipping option on checkout to get charge for your shipping address.
Taxes
All prices on the Website do not include taxes. All respective taxes will be added on checkout
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept payment by cheque(payable to KEN TAYLOR), money order( payable to KEN TAYLOR), e-transfer using Interac or cash

Order is ONLY reserved when payment is received......whether for pickup or shipping

Pick Up Orders at the farm
PICKUP orders are by appointment. Call 514 951-9757 to schedule pick up time. Open 2026 on May 1 st. Friday Saturday and Sunday 10-5 pm. Monday closed
WARRANTY
We give NO WARRANTY expressed or implied as to the productivity, performance or results attained from transplanting of any nursery stock as there are too many factors beyond our control once the plant material leaves our farm/nursery
