TOKA is a red skinned  plum with a delicious, apricot coloured flesh. The fruit's rich aromatic flavour earned it the nickname of the "bubblegum" plum. Toka trees are very winter hardy, grow quickly and produce lots of pollen heavy flowers that are excellent for pollinating other plums like REDSTAR. Toka is not self-fertile so does need another plum variety nearby for good cropping....like Redstar, Goldstar, etc
