Two saskatoon selections were chosen because of the small dwarf size of the plants...about 4 ft high bushes. These Saskatoon berries are sweet with a mild blueberry flavour. Very cold hardy to Zone 2 and very adaptable to climate and soil extremes. Easy crop for organic fruit growers. No suckering like the normal saskatoon.
