BRANDYWINE and ROYALTY.....two raspberry X blackberry crosses with huge, firm, purple berries of excellent flavour( sweet but with a slight refreshing tartness). Plants do not send up annoying suckers all around the mother plant.... like normal red raspberries do.  The blackberry parent influence reduces the suckers to almost zero..
