Developed in the Czech Republic, Berry Blue is one of the most vigorous and tallest varieties of haskap. Grows well in sun or shade.  It produces smaller tubular shaped berries that are of medium firmness and have good, but tart flavour. Berry Blue has good commercial potential for the high phytonutrient content of its berries. You need to plant two different varieties of haskap to ensure pollination and fruiting
