Pear..we have experimented with OHF pear rootstocks and have found them to be very poor rootstocks for our severe climate conditions. We now use our own rootstock JD 8 for dwarfing our pear varieties. For standard pear rootstock we use  pyrus ussuriensis or pyrus betafolia produced from our own seeds. 

Apple… for dwarfing apples we use our own clonal rootstock RDC 6 and for standard apple rootstock we use MA 20 from our own seeds. For semi dwarf we use our BUD 9 seedling rootstocks
