CONCORD Seedless grapes look and taste very similar to the regular CONCORD grape...but without any large seeds. SEEDLESS CONCORD matures earlier in season than regular Concord and the harvested grapes will store several months in your fridge. Concord seedless grapes are delicious when made into grape pies......the flavour intensifies on cooking and develops into a cherrylike grape flavour. In Niagara region they sell these grape pies for nearly $20/pie and cannot keep up with demand. They also freeze well so you can enjoy grape pies all year round.
