Our Symbols
These symbols were designed to give you an idea of what each tree or plant is best suited for (in our opinion). They have been assigned to each of our trees and plants in the order we believe is most important or pertinent.
Money maker: Any tree or plant with the money sign has good revenue generating potential.
Attracts wildlife: Almost all plants are loved by wildlife however some are liked more than others. Any tree or plant with the wildlife symbol is best for attracting wildlife. Contact us if you have specific wildlife in mind.
Good for the environment: Our disease resistant (no spraying), nitrogen fixing and carbon sequestering favorites.
Good for eating: The best fruit for eating.
Picturesque: Visually appealing.
Good for processing: The best for canning, jams, jellies, sauces, etc.
Drought resistant: Trees and plants that need very little water.
Shade loving: Plants and trees that thrive in the shade.
