Eat Your Landscape
March 24, 2010 (Go Green Hudson)
April 14, 2010 (Montreal Garden Club this seminar may only be attended by members of the Montreal Garden Club)

In the past 25 years most gardeners (and thus plant suppliers) have focused on ornamental trees and varieties were chosen only on the basis of their cosmetic appearance. In the “Eat your Landscape”  seminar we will show that certain food trees and bushes can be both ornamental and functional, namely the beautiful flowers/foliage are followed by attractive and delicious fruit.

As the most avid gardeners in your community you should be on the forefront of change in home landscaping to more earth-friendly, organic-culture type plants that will sustain themselves without your constant interventions. Turn your home landscape into a thriving Oasis of delicious and beautiful fruit trees, shrubs and vines then watch your neighbor’s turn “green” …with envy!
